I’ve been taking Zen Bev for almost two months now. (I wanted to give it an honest try.) It has done nothing to help my chronic insomnia. I feel no effects of any kind from ingesting this product.

Zenbev is overall a good product. For most members in our family it helps promote a good night’s rest with no groggy feeling in the morning. But it is almost impossible to avoid sludge in the bottom of the cup – even if you stir vigorously at length. It’s also very expensive if more than one person (this container lasted us only about a week).

The ZenBev has been helping me go to sleep almost right away after going to bed, and sleeping for a longer period of time than I did previously.
